Balance Transfer Credit Cards

Question by arcticwolf71960: Does anyone know the answer to this question about Paypal?
A few years ago, I set up a Paypal account, so I could pay for things on eBay. I had a limit of 0.00, which was funded by my credit card, resulting in charges to my card. After a while, I had no balance on my Paypal account, and had to add a savings account to fund my purchases. I then had to transfer money from my bank account into Paypal to pay for things on Ebay. My question is this: If I click on”send money online”, to pay for something on Ebay, where do the funds come from? My Paypal account, or somewhere else?
